At times, concern about the future and our primal desire to protect those we love, drives our expectations to peak levels. Unfortunately, when these protective efforts manifest in the form of unreasonable expectations, we inadvertently become the threat.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Psychologist, Dr. Sylvia Rimm, about the importance of setting reasonable expectations for our children.
