Our world becomes more diverse with every passing moment, yet we still often lack in understanding and acceptance of those who are different from ourselves. If we want our children and our world to truly thrive, it is imperative that we teach them to embrace diversity.

This week, we are fortunate to learn from Vanderbilt University Professor of Education and Human Development, Dr. Donna Ford, as she offers suggestions on how to raise children with cultural awareness and sensitivity. This is from Dr. Ford's section of the FREE collaborative ebook, "Helping Gifted Kids Thrive: Insights from the Experts." She can be reached at www.drdonnayford.com.  Click on the short video below for Donna's suggestions!

Have a wonderful week!
