Hello friends! How are you all holding up?
It's been another surreal week. On one hand, the lost family time that we have been lamenting for years has been found. On the other hand, we are all being required to exert tremendous inner strength in order to navigate this crazy ride while remaining positive for our children. The anxiety that many adults and children are experiencing is rooted in our belief that we lack the capacity to handle the things that come our way. In the video below, I offer up 10 suggestions that will boost resilience and enable us all to function at our very best during this pivotal period of societal transformation.
